HANA Lab Concept No.01 — After-Treatment RecoveryThis project was developed for DERMAEIGHT, a Berlin-based skin studio and creator-led brand preparing to launch its own skincare line.The brief was to create a post-treatment recovery product that calms stressed skin, supports deep hydration, and feels like a modern skincare essential. HANA Lab led the end-to-end development — defining the product concept, selecting a specialized Korean manufacturer with expertise in barrier-focused, soothing formulations, and building a single hero product designed for daily use.Alongside the product, we created a distinct packaging design and brand identity aligned with DERMAEIGHT’s aesthetic.The result is a calming recovery cream that can be applied immediately after treatment and seamlessly integrated into an at-home routine.HANA Lab provides full-service support to bring cosmetic products from idea to market.
